1. Products

We sell original paintings only. All artworks are unique, and colours may vary slightly depending on device display settings.

 

2. Commissions

​

We offer custom commission artwork.

​

• A 10% deposit is required to confirm a commission.

• This deposit is non-refundable.

• Commissioned pieces are excluded from returns and cancellations, including once work has begun.

 

3. Prices & Payments

​

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards

• PayPal

• Wix Payments

​

Payment must be received in full before artwork is dispatched.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

​

We ship to UK mainland only.

​

• Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

• We do not currently offer local pickup or local delivery.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

​

5.1 Non-custom artwork

​

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

5.2 Items not eligible for return

The following items are non-returnable:

• Commissioned artwork

• Sale items

 

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

​

If an artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rozannebell.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement (if applicable) or provide a refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the property of Rozanne Bell Art Ltd. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

 

8. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
