Regattas are an absolute joy to paint. There is something exhilarating about sculpting skies and seas with thick, expressive paint—almost as if the canvas itself becomes a living, moving surface. I love the drama of the sails, the energy of the water, and the play between movement and stillness. Working with generous dollops of paint allows me to create depth and rhythm, turning each piece into a celebration of colour, texture, and coastal life. I am never happier than when I am immersed in the lively world of Regattas.
